How to find your race photos

You ran, you crossed the line, and now you want the pictures. At an event with thousands of images it is easy to get lost. Here is the shortest route.

1. Start with the event name

On Sphortos, photos are organised by event. Type the name of the race or the city into the search, or filter by sport and date. If you do not remember the exact name, search by place and month.

2. Use where and when you passed

Photographers shoot at several points on the course: the start, climbs, spectator areas, the final kilometres and the finish. If you remember where a friend saw you or roughly what time you passed, go straight to the photos from that stretch.

3. Browse calmly

Faces are pixelated by default to protect everyone's privacy. You will recognise yourself by clothes, bib and posture. When you find yours, add them to the cart and pay by card (Visa or Mastercard), MB Way or PayPal.

4. Download and keep

After payment, the photos are in your personal area in high resolution, without pixelation and without a watermark. Download them and keep a copy on your phone or in the cloud: event photos stay available for a minimum of 12 months.

Frequently asked questions

Can I search by name or bib number?

Search works by event, sport, date and location. At a big event, the quickest way is to filter to the event gallery and look at the photos from the stretch where you passed.

Do the photos have a watermark?

Previews have pixelated faces and protection. After you buy, you receive the high-resolution version without pixelation or watermark.

How long do photos stay available?

At least 12 months after the event. Purchased photos stay in your personal area while your account is active.
